I am sooo excited to share the photos from Sarah and Zack's wedding day. These two got married at Thornapple Golf Club, on a beautifully sunny July day! I loved the rolling hills, pine trees surrounding the ceremony site, and gorgeous lighting in the reception area.
Let's start with the moment that set the tone for the entire day: Sarah and Zack's private first look. When Zack turned around, the world seemed to melt away. They shared so many smiles, happy tears, and laughter. You could feel the love and excitement for the day to come.
They were just such a joy the whole day. Their ceremony was held outside, and I loved that they had custom hand fans made for their guests- very clever and needed! Sarah's mom walking her down the aisle was such a special moment between the two of them. I loved the way they looked at each other. It was just an instant core memory.
After the ceremony, we went off to take bridal party photos! We ended up with a gorgeous spot with the sunlight coming through the leaves of a huge tree- made for a beautiful soft glow in the images :)This bridal party brought the ENERGY! They just had a great time when we were taking bridal party portraits. It’s so clear how loved this couple is.
Then came the moment that tugged at the heartstrings: Sarah's mother-daughter dance. It was so special to see them share this moment where she honored her mom. But Sarah wanted to share this special moment with others, so she invited all mothers and daughters to join them on the dance floor. This was such a unique, special moment to these two. That’s what it’s all about! Making your wedding day unique to your story, and honor your loved ones who are most important to you.
